LIIMA is a collaborative project by LIFT Coffee London and POMA Coffee Research Copenhagen. Together, we seek out the world’s most exceptional coffees. Curating rare varieties that challenge convention and celebrate the extraordinary. We work closely with producers who share our respect for origin, process, and integrity. Origin is key to our operations, recognizing the uniqueness every farms location & terroir offers. From soil characteristics to distinctive processes and framers philosophies, every choice at origin has impacted the coffees that sit in our catalogue.

To launch the second series of coffees - rare origins - LIIMA went back to where it started and attended London Coffee Festival

  1. Roasted in Kensington by LIFT Coffee London on a Loring.
  2. Tastier after 4 weeks of resting.
  3. Order deadline 7pm on Monday.
  4. Roasted on Tuesday.
  5. Shipped on Wednesday.

SHIPPING:

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed, fulfilled and shipped.

Deliveries in the UK are made by Royal Mail arrive between 7am and 7pm on a non-tracked service. Shipment abroad will be made via DHL.

The Standard service is intended to arrive within 48 hours of shipment but is not a guaranteed service and can take up to 7 working days. Please note that Royal Mail does not accept delivery notes and we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

While we will do everything possible to avoid delays or rectify them where possible, there will be times when things are outside of our control. Please get in touch with us if this happens and we’ll do our best to help.
