La Divisa is a high-elevation coffee farm in Quindío, Colombia, managed by Sebastián Gómez. Nestled in the misty hills outside Pijao, the farm combines precision agronomy with a spirit of experimentation that defines Colombia’s modern coffee movement. Constantly looking foward and pouring energy into the farm, Sebastián cultivates a range of exotic varieties, but this Geisha stood out on the cupping table.
